Every prefab house we build includes, as standard:
- Galvanized steel frame structure, engineered for the full lifespan of the building
- 10 cm hungarocell insulation in walls, floor, and roof, plus PIR panels where specified
- Triple-glazed windows and insulated entry and interior doors
- Interior drywall finish, ready for painting
- Complete electrical kit — sockets, switches, breakers, lighting points
- Complete plumbing kit, shower tray, sink, and toilet
- Delivery within 100 km of our production facility
The buying process
- Inquiry — tell us about your project through the form below.
- Consultation & Quote — we discuss size, layout, and any custom requirements, and send you a written quote.
- Contract & Deposit — once you're ready, we sign a contract and schedule production.
- Production (3–5 weeks) — your house is built in our factory under controlled conditions.
- Delivery & Assembly (1–2 weeks) — the unit is transported and assembled on your prepared foundation.
- Handover — final walkthrough and keys in hand.
Can foreigners buy a prefab house in Hungary?
Yes. EU citizens can purchase real estate and prefabricated houses in Hungary under the same conditions as Hungarian citizens. Non-EU citizens can also buy, though it typically requires a permit from the local government office (járási hivatal) — a routine, well-established process for foreign buyers that we can help you navigate. In either case, we recommend starting the permit process early if you're planning to place a house on land you own or intend to purchase.
